AB1014 Autobrake

The Autobrake® 1014 provides accuracy and repeatability when forming 14 gauge or lighter materials. This sheet metal brake is a high speed solution to make multiple bends while maintaining a high quality level in the end product. Both backgauge options provide accurate part location through the use of servo drives and are expandable with optional backgauge extensions. The rigid design includes crowning adjustments to ensure accurate bending regardless of raw material stresses. Various options of tooling are provided to help customize to your specific needs, and can be provided in tool steel or hardened.

AB1016 AutoBrake

No. 0585 Beading & Crimping Machine

The Pexto No. 0585 Beading & Crimping Machine includes Ogee bead and crimping rolls to provide one pass combined crimping and beading. They are adjustable for deep or shallow beading and for “fade-away” crimping. By replacing the beading rolls with spacing collars (furnished), the machines can be used for crimping only. 3/8″ and 1/2″ Single Bead Rolls are also available for the No. 0585.

1016 Bending Brake

Connecticut floor mounted manual bending brakes are precision machines designed for accurate bending with rated capacities. All Connecticut bending brakes have positive clamping pressure adjustment, apron stop rods for repeat bends, long handles for extra leverage, work support angle bar for full capacity 1-inch minimum flange, Improved leg design for lighter weight, all steel construction – no castings, heavy tie rods for minimum deflection, removable bending bar and angle, adjustable apron hinges and a positive rear material gauge adjustment. Connecticut Series hand brakes are an economically-priced solution for your bending needs and will provide years of trouble-free service. This machine has a bending capacity of 16 gauge up to 10 feet long.

No. 416 Manual Roll Bending Machine

The No. 416 manual roll has 3″ precision turned and ground high carbon steel rollers. There are three wiring grooves 3/8″, 1/2″ and 5/8″. All rolls are standard with fully enclosed gear housings and all three rolls are driven. The upper roll lifts for conventional removal of the work piece. The maximum sheet length is 36″ with a thickness capacity of 14-16 gauge mild steel.

PH-52 Hydraulic Shear

Pexto power squaring shears provide features designed for shearing efficiently and accurately equal the demands of present day productivity. The PH-52 model has built-in ruggedness that will make them last for years of normal use. The shears offer triple-action shearing which includes relief on both edges of both the fixed and moving blades. The blade design eliminates blade-to-blade friction, provides “bite” to minimize sheet movement under shearing stress and produces double penetration in the cutting action. The shears will handle a 52″ sheet. Max. Rated Capacity – 16 gauge (mild steel)

No. 152 Foot Shear

PEXTO foot squaring shears are the industry’s most accurate. They are easy to operate and offer precise shearing, long life and dependability. All are provided with precise gauging and hold-downs for cutting accuracy. Maximum rated capacity is 16 gauge mild steel. No. 152 shears offer triple-action shearing which includes relief on both edges of both the fixed and moving blades. It eliminates blade-to-blade friction, provides “bite” to eliminate sheet movement under shearing stress and produces double penetration in the cutting action. This contributes to easier operation. The No. 152 will handle a 52″ sheet. *Lead times may be longer for this item.
